Pros

Very good people to work with, at least at this site. Very good manager. Nice and easy to work with. Sensible and reasonable. Pays well for an internship. Includes per diem. Nobody running around trying to slit each other's throats.

Cons

Far away from home for me. May not get the salary I want if I get hired when I graduate. Other than that. Really no down side.

talented and experienced engineers, excellent teamwork, good pay, flexible hours, exciting and challenging projects, opportunity for travel to foreign country for assignment

Cons

rampant lay-offs when work is scarce, very structured career path, missing large segment of workforce - midlevel engineers with 5-15 years experience, too top and bottom heavy (too many experienced people and too many new hires), assignment compensation for foreign country assignments usually not enough to bring employee's family along, employee performance review program needs to be more consistently applied

Good Compay to work for. Managers are very comprehensive and understaning of personal situations. Very family oriented. Good opportunities to work international.

Cons

Yearly employe assesments are not taken a seriously as they should. A company like this should offer more benefits to employees.
