      Transnational company that gives you, good positioning in the local market. Manage large projects, which give you a good knowledge

      Cons

      No matter how much you know, or how many years have you been in business, if an employee of Fluor USA is without a job, send him to take your place and what happens abitual, know less and you should make a helper. There are no clear policy for Professional Development and wage increases.

      - Opportunity for growth - Opportunity to travel and work in many cultures - Competency of management - Benefits (especially the 401k match and TOWP - time off with pay) - Wealth of knowledge available from co-workers, training and Knowledge on Line (KOL) intranet - Diversity of work; project environment - Most important.. the people. Professionals who are passionate about their work.

      Cons

      - Life / Work balance is sometimes hard to achieve; especially in management positions - Work is cyclical based on economy of various business lines.
