      -Fairly solid set of established company wide procedures. -If you want to learn how to execute mega-projects, Fluor has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. -Systems abundant and widespread. -Project level management has always been fair and knowledgeable

      Cons

      - Compensation not what it should be - Can be stressful at certain times (this is EPC industry though, not specific to Fluor) - Poor communication from current management regarding compensation/performance - Limited growth opportunities for non-technical backgrounds....tendency to get pigeon-holed.

      Fluor executes projects in a wide variety of industries, and at locations around the world. For those willing to travel, there are numerous opportunities to work in overseas locations and with other cultures. The broad base of industries and companies served provides the opportunity see how disparate corporate cultures operate.

      Cons

      Project opportunities may be limited for those who are unwilling or unable to travel, as our clients are located throughout the globe and may require on-site visits at times, sometimes for an extended duration.
