Everyone working on a project around you is very willing to help you learn, and most people are able to do so very intelligently. Compensation is above average. The atmosphere in the work place is somewhat relaxed, mostly focusing on making sure you fulfill your job requirements rather than having someone breathing down your neck all the time. Time off with pay system is flexible and my experience with management is that they will work with you however they can to allow you the schedule you would prefer.
