      I've been part of Fluxergy for a year now and it has been awesome! Fluxergy is an innovative startup that is making exciting moves in the diagnostic space. There is so much opportunity for growth and the leadership team is invested in empowering employees to reach their full potential. The amazing people here are what really make Fluxergy stand out as a company. I'm grateful to be part of this team of passionate individuals who bring diverse perspectives to the table.  The benefits are also top-notch - great healthcare coverage and a generous PTO policy, including a 2 week, company-wide winter break!

      The vision of Fluxergy is super exciting, with a totally different approach to helping make healthcare more equitable by focusing on costs. If you are willing to put in the effort, there are a lot of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      No remote work allowed. Mentorship opportunities are limited, and you need to be willing to learn a lot fast.
