      Really smart and passionate people at Fluxergy. A lot of freedom and autonomy if you're motivated. Solution based thinkers and a lot of hard work. Working on things that matter. Flat organization - accessible leadership. People who care about you.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do and requires a lot of ownership. You can get lost if you don't focus on getting things done.

      Very solid work culture, good work life balance with solid pay and very motivated environment. Feels driven and homey, lot of interactivity
