The company seems overly reliant on funding from a personal connection—a billionaire friend of the founders—rather than on sustainable business practices. This creates an uneasy dynamic where long-term stability feels like a gamble rather than a certainty. Diversity is also a glaring issue. Leadership is overwhelmingly male, and it often feels like promotions and hires are based on personal connections rather than merit. This ‘boys’ club’ atmosphere makes it hard to feel like you have a fair shot if you’re not part of the inner circle. Ultimately, while there are learning opportunities here, the high turnover and lack of a clear, stable direction make this a risky place to build your career.
