      Fluxergy is the definition of ingenuity and diversity every individual is viewed as a person and critical piece to their team's success. Employees are empowered and perceived as valuable asset to their teams. The leaders nurture their employees to grow and succeed through challenges utilizing cross functional collaboration. The company strives to grow and learn with a competitive edge in innovation and with it comes development by overcoming challenges to keep you intrigued and on your toes. Everyone I have had the pleasure of working within Fluxergy has been a some of the most talented driven and motivated individuals I have ever meet.       Cons

      There really is No Cons to working at Fluxergy because I personally love the Company and especially the culture. However, the company is a startup and because of this you will find a fast-paced, fun and challenging environment that requires the ability to pivot quickly. If you are looking for a job with redundancy and no real challenges this is not it.

      You get to wear lots of hats and take on bigger responsibilities than more mature companies would authorize for less experienced employees. Lots of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Fluxergy is fast-paced, which can come with added stress.

Rapid career growth is one of the best benefits of working at Fluxergy. Agreed, Fluxergy can be a fast-paced (and exciting) place to work. If you are feeling stressed out, please talk to your manager about ways to help lighten your stress. We are fast-paced, yet stive for work-life balance. This is one of the reasons we offer over 30 days off per year. Don’t forget to use them when you need a break.
