Pros

Benefits are alright. We get a free lunch once a month.

Cons

If you’re considering working here, proceed with caution. While the company’s technology has promise, the work environment raises significant concerns. Layoffs are frequent and often come with little to no warning, creating a culture of fear and instability. I’ve seen colleagues laid off shortly after being hired, and others let go with minimal explanation. The lack of transparency in these decisions has made it hard to trust leadership. The company seems overly reliant on funding from a personal connection—a billionaire friend of the founders—rather than on sustainable business practices. This creates an uneasy dynamic where long-term stability feels like a gamble rather than a certainty. Diversity is also a glaring issue. Leadership is overwhelmingly male, and it often feels like promotions and hires are based on personal connections rather than merit. This ‘boys’ club’ atmosphere makes it hard to feel like you have a fair shot if you’re not part of the inner circle. Ultimately, while there are learning opportunities here, the high turnover and lack of a clear, stable direction make this a risky place to build your career. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values job security or a supportive work environment.

Pros

Open work schedule, options to work remotely on occasion, vision, dental, health, pet friendly environment, monthly birthday celebrations, 2 weeks off between Christmas and New Years, friendly work environment, higher than average salary.

Cons

1. No 401(k) 2. Management is unable to make a decision or provide feedback for product development in a timely manner (months....). 3. How management deals w/ problems: if they can sweep things under the rug & delay dealing with something, they will. 4. High turnover rate, many longer term employees have quit in the past year 5. Huge swings in the feeling of stability and morale due to turnover

Pros

1. You get paid what you agreed on. 2. Below average pay overall.

Cons

1. People here trying to save their jobs not the company. They DON'T like to fix problem but love to play politics with that. They are re-making a failed product with investor's money which they received somehow. There is no market for that at all. 2. Sharing mis-information is at its best. Once your senior realize that you're really trying to fix the issue they will figure out the way to kick you out. 3. They offer you more money on the phone and 3 weeks later official letter time they reduced around $10k amount out of my base pay. They did it to me. Reduced from $95k to $85k. It is disappointing as i have already said no to other offers and I had no choice but to accept. 4. Their insurance is not good as they present, but it isn't once you read about it in detail. 5. Your instructor wants you to start working from day one no training will be provided to you properly 6. I was suffocating working there and had gave resignation because it was a waste of my time and my knowledge on something which is going to fail. 7. You are going to feel within a week is that this company's future is not bright at all. 8. Don't read the current employees review. Read the review of employee who are out from this company. They re going to give you the right information. 9. They will say you can ask questions from anyone but in 1 on 1 meeting trainer will say that you can ask question from me only and will stop others. Also, if you did ask then he will take it negatively and will start to cut you off in other ways.
