      All employees are nice and supportive Very chill work environment Company covered all the medical premiums

      Cons

      Company does not have a clear road map for its future, mainly it lacks of technical expertise across all levels. People are afraid to voice up their disagreements. But unfortunately, all the upper management do not have a good understanding of biology. Very small company but function like a big corp, and slow in making any progress.

      Horrible management that does not know what they are doing just makes you scratch your head. It is a start up so unless you want to waste your time don’t bother
