Pros

The vision of Fluxergy is super exciting, with a totally different approach to helping make healthcare more equitable by focusing on costs. If you are willing to put in the effort, there are a lot of growth opportunities.

Cons

No remote work allowed. Mentorship opportunities are limited, and you need to be willing to learn a lot fast.

Pros

Cons

Welcome to the Good Ol’ Boys Club. If you're seeking a workplace akin to a fraternity, where the voices of select popular men hold sway, then look no further. Here, toxic positivity reigns supreme – problems are to be swept under the rug, and dissenting voices are unwelcome. Senior management shows scant regard for alternative viewpoints. Advancement hinges solely on your ability to curry favor with senior management and toe the line as a "yes man." Glowing testimonials you encounter are merely the chorus of compliance from within the company's ranks. Notably, the highest-ranking woman holds only a mid-level managerial position in a staff of 120. This glaring gender disparity underscores deeper issues within the company's hierarchy. Senior management's dearth of industry experience is palpable, with their collegiate camaraderie overshadowing sound business acumen. The absence of a cohesive company strategy to drive profitability further illustrates their inadequacy. Compensation falls below industry standards, reflecting a disregard for fair remuneration. Career development opportunities are scarce, as upper management displays little interest in fostering professional growth. Ambitious plans remain unfulfilled, hampered by upper management's inability to execute effectively. The CEO's confrontational stance with regulatory bodies, notably the FDA, highlights a troubling lack of understanding and foresight. Decisions are deferred, reflecting upper management's aversion to tough choices. Confronting them often leads to frustration rather than resolution.
