      Really smart and passionate people at Fluxergy. A lot of freedom and autonomy if you're motivated. Solution based thinkers and a lot of hard work. Working on things that matter. Flat organization - accessible leadership. People who care about you.

      Cons

      There's a lot to do and requires a lot of ownership. You can get lost if you don't focus on getting things done.
