      Pros

      There are high expectations but I feel empowered and given the tools necessary to complete my goals. Having worked for companies in the past where this wasn't the case, I finally feel like I can succeed in my role.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn when you enter the company. Any business creating cutting-edge technologies like Fluxergy will have a steep learning curve (especially in departments where I don't have the background). I'm glad we are implementing more education-based onboarding!
