Clean food No fryers No alcohol Limited late nights

Cons

NO work life balance for management. Every cafe in the Kansas City market is understaffed. Corporate office is now impossible to reach by telephone.

Under Covelli this store was half-way normal, in a sense that it paid and you were able to make realistic bonuses.. since Flynn has taken over this District there is zero support for managers any MIT is absolutely useless and nobody is ever going to succeed I thrived under Cavalli for 10 years .... once Flynn took over that was the end of it for the Pittsburgh region none of the upper management knows how to do anyting the district that was obviously bought by Flynn was a smart move by Covelli because that higher management got sold with it..... enough said at that point

Pros

Most employees really want to do a good job. Free lunches 2-3 times per month and free beer on Fridays. Centralized Cleveland location. Verbal acknowledgement from Management when doing a good job. Annual Bonuses

Cons

The technology is old and executive management doesn't understand the need to upgrade it. The infrastructure is 20+ years old. There is no work/life balance as the IT department is severely understaffed. Everyone in IT works 50-60 hours per week. A lot of turnover is happening in the Support Center due to favoritism and the lack of strong leadership.
