Coming from long-term roles at small businesses, I was ready to commit to a large group for my career. I am so fortunate to have been welcomed into the family at Flynn. I wanted to do so well there because your team believes in you! Your skills are recognized and in a short period of time, I was blessed to be able to move into another role where I could develop into a more well-rounded professional. The culture is one of accountability and being a part of something greater - This was the best move ever.

Cons

Things are always growing, which means things are sometimes changing rapidly. I believe this is a good thing, but some could struggle with a fast pace

Great “own it” culture and the opportunity to be part of “something bigger.” Every day is new and the team truly strives to be family. If you like to “use your voice”, enjoy transparency and a fast paced environment, it’s a great fit.

Cons

Nothing’s ever perfect but everyone has the ability influence change when it’s needed. Lean teams require creative problem solvers and those willing to better themselves each day. You just need to want to be part of it.
