      They don’t care about their people.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, insurance is good, my team is a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      They will dump you in a broken area (created by their previous lack of oversight for YEARS), expect you to run open units and shifts so you can’t do YOUR job, and to somehow turn around YEARS of neglect and poor processes within a matter of months, with no support and if not, they will try to replace you without coaching or documentation.

      Pay is great. You will make good money

      Cons

      They will promise you the moon at interview. Benefits . Supervisor position. Family friendly. They run you 70-80 hrs a week. Treat you like your expendable. 300000mile truck. Don't pay vendors and micro manage like crazy from individuals with no knowledge of maintenance. Expect you to travel 90% of the time. Covered 30 stores by myself and was promised 4 techs through out. Just not a good place. Both communication training or any real leadership. You are there pawn. Flynn has a amazing maintenance organization set place but you will never see it from here

      1. Enthusiasm and higher thinking for success from upper, upper management (higher than market level) 2. Free meals. 3. Bonuses are better than with previous owners.

      Cons

      1. Inadequate assistance on a consistent and equitable basis. 2.A lot of lip service when it comes to company values. 3. Sub par pay as compared to competitors' management pay. 4. Poor work/home life balance.
