Terrible upper management. Childish and narcissistic behavior from those in charge. Stay away from this group.

The employees make the operation, even though they aren't paid well.

Cons

The company struggles to make revenue, so they bomb you with these huge coupon drops which wipe out the bottom line and over work the already short handed staff. They also pull people from good stores that make a profit to send to the poorly run stores in bad areas which should be closed. The menu is way too big, and they keep adding new items trying to stay relevant but all it does is confuse the customer and stress out the employees.

Pros

Coworkers can be great, food can be great, the product is in demand. If you want to work a lot and give a lot you can make decent money for the food industry but will have little say in schedule and duties.

Cons

Lack of ability to hire quality workers -or any workers at all- due to competitively sub-par wages, makes the work atmosphere stressful and having your work-life balance respected difficult.
