      1/2 wait staff are excellent people, the kitchen team is excellent hard working team players. The customers are wonderful happy people that make the job fun.

      Cons

      Half the female weight staff are wretched horrible women. They gossip point ridicule belittle demean co-workers for racial ethnic cosmetic choices. It is almost like a cult. There is a huge turnover because of the toxic environment from the older and younger ladies that work in the front as waitresses. Half of them are horrible horrible people. There is no HR accountability at this Littleton Applebee's.

      Great benefits. Great communication. Fun environment. You will truly get what you give. If you put the work in, it comes back mulitplied.

      Cons

      It's not always the best work afterall, it is called work for a reason. The return is worth it in more ways than one.
