Pros

The benefits at Flywheel are pretty good, unlimited PTO, great health benefits, mental health days etc. You also get to work with a variety of different clients, which is awesome.

Cons

Flywheel is known for consistently lacking diversity in their senior leadership and other areas across the organization. This has been brought up countless times. Flywheel is also very disorganized, and doesn’t always pay “market value”. Make sure you advocate for yourself and your salary.

Pros

-Ability to work with well-known companies - Unlimited PTO

Cons

-Leadership - Misled entire company all year about going public and instead sold to Omnicom. Employees found out via email a couple of weeks before the anticipated IPO timeline -Organization - Very disorganized. People planning is a weakness and securing new business is priority #1. They know workloads are an issue but would rather grow clients and maybe focus on staffing much later. Even then, it is not enough to keep up with the pace of new client growth so the cycle always repeats itself. You'll be way too many meetings. Another reviewer said that it's cliquey here, that reviewer is spot on. -Workload - You'll burn midnight oil regularly. Work-life balance is non-existent with overly demanding clients. You come to soon realize that it is not worth the pay when you're consistently working 50 - 60 hrs a week. -Career Development - Lacking. Not a lot of thought has come into this. There haven't been strong attempts toward career development across the org.
