Biased Work Enviornment and Burn Out

Pros

-Pay is good for better than the average for being fresh out of college - Benefits of unlimited PTO are nice but work still has to be done so its not really unlimited unless you still work on your PTO, or want to come back to work stressed and overwhelmed. - Office culture is nice with dogs and free food

Cons

- Biased to white employees compared to employees of color. If you are black and work there you are most likely the diversity hire - Have favorites in the work place that tend to get better treatment from management -Burnout from working way over 40 hours/ week - Although pay is good, we are still underpaid for the amount of work and hours put in the job - Raises and Discipline is not the same (biased)
