Pros

- working on very interesting problems. - team is growing a lot. we have grown 5x since I started about 8 months ago - unlimited amounts of data which is great - (almost) unlimited amount of compute at your disposal - great leadership, teaches us a lot, tons of guidance when stuck, I have learned a ton already

Cons

- lots of ownership which is good and bad - startup pace as to be expected

- Terrible leadership, turnover unbelievably high, everyone constantly walking on eggshells around certain people, micromanagement is the culture

Best job I have had so far after 11 years working!

Pros

I have had 6 jobs over 11 years, and I have to say this is the best one so far no question! The energy, the people. It really is like jumping aboard a rocket ship. I read some of the GD posts before coming on and they come in two buckets. Really positive and really negative. I guess that is the way it always goes with reviews. I do not get how people could not enjoy working here. Applying cutting edge AI to automate legacy stores? What is better? Working at Bell or Rogers? Crazy to me that people had negative things to say about the CEO. The All Hands he runs are my favorite part! He walks through everything we have accomplished which is always a ton. Hearing the full vision of the company and where we are going. Growing 400% a year. It is awesome! He is fantastic and a visionary. I have no idea what those other posts are talking about. I believe they got let go for performance reasons, and wanted to "get revenge" after.

Cons

We are figuring out all the ways to scale and that has been tough. We are now in a good rhythm with installs but I am sure it will get even better.
