Pros
A very fun culture, wins are celebrated. the office has a modern feel. The people who work here are great. For my role specifically, there's a lot of freedom given to me to build out reporting and process improvement strategies without red tape getting in the way which is a breath of fresh air coming from previously working for fortune 500 companies. I like that the company is flexible enough to keep moving forward and evolving, and to see that I can help with that.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind for me. The only thing I can think of would be the fast paced and evolving nature. While I think it's a pro, if someone wants a very rigid structure or don't cope well with change they could see it as a challenge.
