Pros

Where do I start! Our CEO started Focus-Staff after a successful career in recruiting himself. He designed the company around service. Service to his employees is first on his list! He even pays for all of us to work out with a trainer twice a week and we all participate. Great benefits, great pay, uncapped earning potential with great perks like, paid trips, North Park gold, gift cards etc.

There are not any pros, they'll waste your time and energy. If you like that sort of thing, you'll love them.

Cons

Idiots and they'll waste your time. They'll text you (which seems cool) until they just stop responding. I have credentials and experience in the medical field and I'm working with several staffing companies, these guys are by far the worst. They'll literally called me and took me away from my job and then told me on the phone, "Sorry, I didn't mean to call you. I just realized you have ZERO experience in the medical field (not true) and I just wasted your time. Sorry." Yes, they are sorry and I wasn't about to argue my credentials. Just thought I'd share so no one else has to go through that annoyance.
