      experienced recruiters/account executives, great training, supportive management/co-workers, competitive environment, financially rewarding and tons of incentives! Focus Staff is a great company to work for whether you are a traveler or recruiter/admin.

      Pros

      The environment is fun and positive. Everybody genuinely gets along, and the workday goes by really fast. Work is actually fun! Friends and family alike love hearing about the fun times at Focus Staff.

      Cons

      There is a process to be followed. Just like with any position, if you fail to follow the process, things will get a little sticky for you. But with Focus Staff, you will have the CEO and other colleagues to help you out at any time, if needed.

      Pros

      Everything. The atmosphere, the quick response time for calls, texts, or emails, the friendly faces, and flexibility. This company is by far one of the greatest I have ever worked for. I highly recommend!
