      Great recruiters. If you do not like a recruiter they will switch them easily. Great rates

      Smaller agency so may not have every state you want.

      Pros

      The comradery here is amazing! It truly feels like a family, and the laid back environment in a very cool office space makes the experience that much better. The CEO doesn't just run around screaming "culture"...he truly carries it out daily.

      I can't really think of any honestly.

      Pros

      Good pay and per diem. Recruiters seem eager to help find you something that you are suited for, for the most part.

      Cons

      Recruiters don't always have your back if there is some issue with the client. Doesn't look at both sides to get the full picture. More concerned about their reputation then the employee's.
