-No work life balance (Always encouraged "for successful results" to work after hours or on weekends, for free as there is no overtime offered or even the flexibility to make up missed hours outside of 8-5.) Regardless of your success, tenure, dedication, you will never have the option to work from home or gain this flexibility/balance.
-No opportunity for career growth (Hard work goes unrecognized, no base salary increase until after 3 years of employment)
-Underpaid and overworked (Base pays 5k-10k less than the rest of the Dallas job market, and you service a full desk model and handle every single thing-sourcing, submitting, travel itineraries and bookings, credentialing, payroll-while managing to surface 300 cold calls weekly.)
-Unprofessional ("Anti corporate" culture should not be equivalent to a lack of structure and personal feelings getting mixed with professional decisions.) Culture, values, mission statement look promising, but are they followed? No.
