      -The recruiters/management truly care about each traveler and the story behind them. This is a GREAT company for travelers. -Casual work attire -Office appearance

      Cons

      -Unprofessional work environment -Senior recruiters can get away with a lot more than they should -No respect from CEO/management

      ughhh, we hate that the internet has become the forum for negativity, exaggeration and hyperbole. Its a downer. We value all of our employees feedback, and solicit that feedback continually.       Pros

      My recruiter works hard for me, this is the only reason why Im giving this company four stars.

      Cons

      Other than my recruiter, a majority of the staff is incompetent. They lack common sense. Many time the department you call for is not available, they'll take your name and number then never call back. The departments do not communicate information with eachother. They are not a viable staff.

      Pros

      - Casual attire - Nice office space - The recruiters/management are good people and truly care about their travelers .. I would recommend Focus Staff to travelers.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional environment - Extremely unorganized from a lead generation/prospect standpoint.

      Appreciate the candid feedback. You are right. In the initial 90 days, we do look for the intangibles like punctuality and strong work ethic. We like to create that initial discipline, which inevitably leads to results down the line. We love to provide flexibility to those with both tenure and performance. Unfortunately this didn't seem to be a fit. We understand we aren't a fit for everyone.
