      You have some nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Huge amount of layoffs. Everyone was told not to worry and they aren't going to let employees go. They tried to enforce a mandatory 10hour per week increase in worked hours without any extra compensation.

      The staff has alot of great hardworking people.

      Executive leadership is an absolute trainwreck. Do not fall for the "family" concept they try to push. It's complete BS. They do not care.

      Pros

      The culture was the main draw for me. I was really surprised at the positivity I felt when I first came on board. No other agency seemed to even be in the same universe! Friendly staff, managers who seemed to care for you, family feel. This is a good company if you need something temporary. But do not go into it thinking it will be permanent. I recommend immediately looking for something else the moment you are hired. You’re better than this job will make you feel.

      Cons

      This company is VERY unstable. They hire and fire without warning. The culture and family atmosphere was not what it seemed. The management is constantly changing. I’ve never seen a company make so many personnel changes within one year as I did during my time there. They would promote, then demote managers. Their methods for recruiting are outdated especially for a market that has completely changed. You will not be equipped to be successful in this environment. They will never admit they are wrong. Nobody loves Focus Staff more than Focus Staff.
