      Pros

      Focus Staff is such an amazing place to work. Getting to work in an environment where recruiters and travelers are treated like individuals and not a number makes it easy to get up and get to work with a smile. The managers and the people that work here are fun to be around, and they create and environment where success flourishes. They also train individuals new to recruiting very thoroughly. The training really leaves you ready for the work load.

      Cons

      One complaint, the parking is cramped. Many people have to park across a six lane street and cross with no signal or signs.
