Pros

The culture is incredible. They really support their employees and always make you feel valued. They have incredible opportunities for training and growth. They have offered support during the pandemic including additional paid time off. They have more tenured employees than I have ever seen and it really makes you feel like you have an extension of your family.

Cons

I am very fortunate that I am in a city that has additional Fogelman communities. I have been in the situation before where I was the only property and located remotely from other Fogelman properties. This is only a negative in cases where you might need additional on site help. I know they are working on adding additional floating / mentors .

Pros

I have been with Fogelman for 5 years now and one thing that stands raises Fogelman above others is our Fogelman Culture. We have a strong group of talented people who are always willing to share the knowledge and see each other prosper. I am grateful to be a part of such a team that supports me and gives me all the tools I need to be better. This is a great company to be a part of and we only strive to be better.

Cons

Increase in pay would be my only thing.

Pros

You keep your job according who do you know in the company. It does not matter how hard you work or positive numbers delivered. They will reward bad behavior and punish the loyalty and hard work you put in to.

Cons
