The company wants employees ideas and opinions and actually listens to them! They put their front line employees at the top of their organizational chart, with the mindset that they are the most important people in the company! Being a Fogelman Employee is like being part of the family!

Cons

Growth sometimes loses a bit of the intimate culture of the company.

As a company they really need to work on listening to their employees. Their HR department is lacking a lot trust for there employees. Everything is a working progress.

Pros

I have an amazing manager and assistant manager. Our office is always a fun environment even when there are difficult residents. Our regional checks in on us bi-weekly. As a team, we set goals and have rewards for meeting goals. There are always leasing competitions and incentives. Our insurance is great and we start accumulating vacation and sick leave when we start. The company is always trying to promote within the company before hiring outsiders. They will work with you if you hope to promote.

Cons

If you work a weekend, you only get a day and a half off during the week. It can be a difficult schedule if you're not willing to work weekends.
