Pros

Decent hourly rate with good bonus structure. Vacation/pto is good....if you can get approval to use it without feeling guilty or being harassed while out of the office.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations from PM. Confidentiality with HR is a joke, so beware of going to HR with a problem and thinking it's "confidential" because it will get back to the problem person.

Pay, excellent benefits vs. competition, owner will remember you, takes care of employees, Invests into properties, advancement opportunities, great experience opportunities, training is top notch, a lot of long-term employees

Cons

Busy (like most apartment communities), not a huge presence in all of its markets (if you want to move to a certain area, there may be no positions open), burn-out can happen quickly
