Pros

a hefty 25% café discount, 25% off general merch, 10% off apple and technology products.

Cons

By far one of the most mismanaged stores i’ve ever had the displeasure of working at. Cashiers that have worked for 3 weeks will train new hires and there is minimal to no cross-training unless one seeks to. Very minimal movement up the chain as all of the management is tenured. Pay is below dismal for even most entry level retail jobs as well as treatment by customers/students. TDLR; you’re a purple and white floor mat for affluent students/parents with little to no training. How this store operates with 3 cashiers 7 team leads, and five different managers sharing departments is absolutely beyond me.
