Pros

Decent pay for senior workers (new hires get a lower rate), decent benefits, stable business even through recession, niche business.

Cons

Double standard between union and office employees, too many meetings while problems don't improve, company does not listen to its workers to improve processes, top heavy office, management reinvests in business but offers no perks to employees.

Pros

Good atmosphere, great benefits, good learnings and management culture. Good meetings and planning department, solid financial results and good future.

Cons

Pace of change was sometimes slower than normal. Conservative decision making could tend to prolong decisions and PMO related priotity ranking.
