Flexible scheduling, great people, mostly good experiences, prefer to hire from within. Also, they usually hire temporary workers initially, but if you prove you are an asset to the company they'll keep you, show your diversity & ability to step in.

Cons

Although pay better than minimum wage, still feel like the compensation could be better. Usually they hire you as a temporary employee.
