Great People and they have great products, a good company to grow with, would recommend this company to anyone

Cons

Slow to innovate sales practices and styles, their on-boarding program needs some significant improvement, will need to see if the purchase by Middleby will change the culture

Follett has some very good people working for them, but I feel the company is heading in the wrong direction overall.

Cons

Follett has some highly uneducated managers and VP's in place. The managers do not promote growth for their people. They are more concerned about themselves than their teams.
