Cons

The company lays off workers a lot. It is impossible to move up within the company (they like to hire from the outside). They do constantly cut labor hours and expect employees to work the jobs of multiple people. There is no training.

Cons

horrible tech support,40 yr old computers, out of textbooks , no proactive sales, no training or old manuals 30 yrs old feels like a pretend store not a real business that takes care of their community college customers.
