      Poor management. Obvious favoritism. Low pay minimal raises. Theft issues. Not good for long term or adults but perfect for high school kids

      People in general are nice in terms of co-workers and middle management. stress can be unnaturally high for no apparent reason.

      Cons

      Hours is probably the worst I have ever seen or even heard of typical hours total time would be around 12 hours on the low end to 20 hours on the high end max. Even for a part time job that is obviously not enough. No particular plans for increased salary, hours, promotion, or growth. Delhaize the parent company is only in it for the bottom line.
