      Pros

      Food Lion is a overall fun place to work, you get to meet new people and the customers can be great at times.

      Cons

      Raises suck. When you try to get a promotion you only get a certain percentage so its not good if you work your way up.

      Pros

      people i work with, they have a strong sense of humor that makes my whole day/ work experience worth while.

      Cons

      i don't get the recognition i deserve, get underpaid for the services i do throughout the day, i'm expected to do the jobs of 3 people, never get a thank you, tried to get a transfer that never happened, wanted to transfer to another department that never happened, all in all such a bad company to work for.
