Life/work balance is pretty solid As manager you always get your 40 hours a week, OT if you’re lucky. Most of the workers are friendly. Always something to do

Unfortunately we still face a huge amount of catching up to do in terms of technology and other components of a modern grocery store needs in this day and age. Lack the training hours to truly develop a strong workforce. Needs to be more follow ups on store managers and department heads. If half of your management team lacks ambition and drive to promote productivity and team work the work load on the other half suffers tremendously due to them having to pick up the slack. Unfortunately some stores fall victim to the situation and we lose talent to competitors.
