A company that wants to do things the right way, but doesn't want to make a financial commitment to it.
Pros
The company is moving in a positive direction, in terms of store growth. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement. I like the movement the company has made toward training, but am dubious as to whether they will actually follow through with their commitments.
Cons
Not enough focus is given to training. When the bottom line begins to look a little shaky, training is the first thing to go. NOt enough emphasis given to customer service...we are told the company is focusing on this, but we are tasked to death along other lines. I personally feel nickelled and dimed to death....I am able to accomplish 95% of my job, and accomplish it well...but am graded on the other 5 percent. Too willing to take a person's free time. Too many commitments to outside efforts--charitable efforts are to be commended--but when they're taking 20 hours of store time a week, it becomes a grind.
