Pros

The benefits are wonderful...The opportunities for a career are great...friendly laid back environment...get to know your customers...recognition for doing a good job...respected

Cons

working holidays of course...hard to get a raise...unless getting a promotion...if they want to promote you then you need to tell them what pay you want for the promotion..they will usually give it to you.

Pros

The benefits are outstanding. The pay is another good aspect of the job, but you may have to fight to get the pay you really deserve.

Cons

Having to deal with too many tasks for one position. The Customer Service & Sales Manager position is one of the toughest jobs to do at Food Lion. Not only must you run an efficient front end, but you must also be the MOD (Manager-on-Duty) when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are unavailable.
