      -Flexible Scheduling -Advancement Opportunities -Multiple Locations to work at

      Cons

      -Favoritism is rampant -No raises, if you do get one it is 1% -Horrible raises for promotions, 10%, which is a total joke -Corporate has extremely poor communication with Retail -Store Management is like nothing you have ever seen (affairs, drugs, etc...) -Total feeling of not being appreciated

      1)It's a job 2)You can get a management role very easily which will allow you the opportunity to go somewhere else to make the money and say you have management experience.

      Cons

      1)Pay is embarrassing compared to competitors. Bonuses and pay increases have essentially disappeared over the past few years. 2)Constantly cutting labor to save pennies which leads to poor customer service and more work for everyone in a shorter amount of time. 3)Due to the labor cuts, teamwork has been removed from operations. It has become every man/woman for themselves which ultimately leads to poor working conditions.
