Pros

Free organic coffee and tea. Great coworkers. Flexible schedule/work at home options for certain positions.

Cons

In my 25 years in the workforce, FoodChain ID was the most poorly managed and unprofessional company I've worked for. For more details, see the 'Advice to Management' section.

Small Business, Rapidly Expanding, With Some Growing Pains

Pros

Office space, co-workers, and benefits are nice. Company is growing quickly and poised to keep growing so there are decent career prospects, but moving up the chain takes time.

Cons

Some positions have a clear career path, while others have almost zero opportunity for advancement. Not hiring enough. They are not quick to fire anyone, even if that person is clearly not working out.
