Pros

Good peer support from colleagues internationally

Cons

Everything done on the cheap, poor investment in product development and everything else. Senior VPs came from acquisitions and aren't up to running a larger company. For example most often tell you what to do as opposed to give you a problem to solve. Immature emotional ranting. Secrecy / not transparent.

Pros

The pay and benefits are really good. Remote work is awesome.

Cons

A culture of fear. Everyone may seem polished and put together, but you begin to realize it’s because if they say anything that could be construed as negative, they have a target on their back. They also have zero organization or processes in place, so you’re constantly chasing down what you need. They also provide very little training, so you never feel fully “prepared” to answer client questions and always feel frustrated that you have to work around SME’s schedules to accommodate client meetings.
