Pros

Benefits are good. Some of the mid managers are good. Mainly the people that has been there a long time

Cons

Very corporate, especially in the commercial side. If you don’t hit your numbers, you’re out. There’s no training at all, you’re on your own. They talk about culture, but there’s nothing real behind it. In the past five years, senior management has hired expensive commercial execs, expecting them to work miracles. These execs usually leave within a year or two, still not understanding the business or how it actually runs.
