Pros

Some generally good people at Fairfield Good for short term (1, maybe 2 year) opportunities Decent pay in balance with work/life

Cons

After new investors and CEO changes, many layoffs in all departments (*lack of long term job security unless the employee is already in Fairfield office's upper management) Outdated tools and practices that should be upgraded but isn't because the management prefers those instead.

Pros

Working full remote, manage your time

Cons

You are not treated as a person but as a number. No empathy, no real human connection. Management and internal process change on a constant basis. Permanent feeling of being squeezed. Clients being annoyed by aggressive sales approach. They just bought companies looking for controling the market but with no clear internal strategy about how to handle it. This creates internal services redundancies and competition which eventually brings confusion to clients. Final and only goal is grow at all cost even though they claim other missions. Empty statemets totally unrelated to final executed actions. Honestly I would stay away.
