Competitive pay but not worth what they make you endure.

Cons

Leadership strongly believes in favoritism and promoting those who make minimal effort to contribute. In a time where remote working is positively viewed only select employees are allowed to do so.

Changes are being made for the better. Positive additions to the teams with new members have been great and there has been a focus on employee morale.

Cons

This is still a "startup" company lacking some of the resources and tools that are needed.
