The Chief of Marketing likes to target employees to run out. She is pretty successful. If you have an idea, you are a threat. If everyone is always new she seems smarter. Hand and hand, with the CEO, they cause smart ones to leave and all others to step into line. Sad part is they haven't had a new idea in years. This has created a negative environment where it's safer to stay quiet than to contribute and stalled the growth of the company

Lack of communication and because of that, people aren't on the same page. With a company mission and product that allows transparency, it's extremely hypocritical for leadership to not be the same with employees. You would think that we are a thousand-employee company with the secrecy that happens. The constant struggle that teams have with information not being shared is slowly killing the company.
