- Colleagues were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. - Management was always open to feedback and suggestions. - Top management has clear crystal plans for expansions of the organization. - Management show s a sincere interest in employees and the solutions to their problems. - Flexible hours if you go to college. Very supportive and offer opportunities to grow and move to other departments.

Cons

- When understaffed the amount of work an analyst needs to handle multiplies so much that causes stress and disappointment. - The culture and values of the company are not defined and implemented properly causing confrontations between employees. - Communication between departments could be better.

Overall Positive Experience with some Flaws

Pros

- Decent Starting Rate ($15/hr) - Opportunity for Promotion/Pay Increases if you are determined. - Somewhat laid-back work environment, co-workers are friendly, overall positive environment. - Higher-level/Veteran employees are extremely knowledgeable and happy to offer guidance - Management and Development Team are open to suggestions and feedback from Support Analysts (can be slow to implement however). - Mostly-open work area, No closed off cubicles (may not be a Pro for everyone). - Possibility of moving between departments to learn multiple aspects of the company. - Company Holiday dinner is a nice touch.

Cons

- Lack of communication between departments can lead to wasted time or avoidable mistakes. - Too much pressure on Management can lead to reduced ability to actually manage the team. - Some departments are critically understaffed, leading to missed appointments and upset customers. - Many aspects of the job are dated and could be improved or eliminated by automation. Manually creating cases from emails for example. - Rotating On-Call Shift is dreaded by employees and poorly compensated.
